I HAVE NAILS ON THAT SOMEONE ELSE DID, CAN I BOOK A REFILL?

At The Nail Lab, we do not offer refills from another nail technicians work outside of our salon. We do provide soak-offs for nails that were not done by us. This can be booked under “foreign soak-off” on our scheduling page.

HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

WHEN IS AVAILABILITY OPENED?

The calendar is open on a rolling basis of 14 days in advance at all times.
Ex. For an appointment on May 15, it is available on May 1. For an appointment on May 16, it is available on May 2.

I DON'T SEE ANY TIMES AVAILABLE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you do not see any available times on the scheduler, you have two options:

How do I join the waitlist?

Please follow these steps to join the waitlist:

Under the Schedule tab click the “Book Now” button
Select the service you want to book and click the “Next” button
Under the calendar, select the “Join The Waitlist” button
Enter the date(s) and time(s) you are interested in and click “Save Preference”
Enter your information and click “Join Waitlist”

RETURNING CLIENTS

WHEN SHOULD I REMOVE MY NAILS?

We recommend after two refills or two months with a set, booking a soak-off and getting a new set.
Please keep in mind, the longer you keep your set on, the higher the chance of breakage.

PRICING

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash, Debit/Credit Card, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
NO Zelle or Cashapp.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH THE SET I WANT COST?

All pricing is located on the pricing page. Please keep in mind, your final price is still subject to change depending on whether or not you choose to do something different at the time of your appointment. If you’re unsure and would like an exact price contact us.

NAIL COURSE

How much is the nail course?

The nail course cost $650 and is 4hrs long. A $250 deposit is required when signing up for a date. The remaining balance ($400) is due at the beginning of the nail course you’ve selected. The remaining balance can be paid in cash, apple pay, credit/debit card. No zelle/cashapp.

Is the course in-person or online?

This acrylic nail course is currently only offered in person at The Nail Lab in Hackensack, NJ.

What will I learn?

In our 4hr Acrylic Nail Course you will dive in to all there is to know about how to do acrylic nails. Nail anatomy, cuticle care, hygiene practices, nail art, and business tips/tricks are just a few topics that will be covered.

Are materials provided?

Yes. You will receive a nail kit and manual at the beginning of the course. The nail kit has an overall value of $300. It includes everything you need for the course and extra supplies for you to continue to practice at home: a nail drill, nail tips, an acrylic nail brush, a few acrylic powders, and more.
