I HAVE NAILS ON THAT SOMEONE ELSE DID, CAN I BOOK A REFILL?

At The Nail Lab, we do not offer refills from another nail technicians work outside of our salon. We do provide soak-offs for nails that were not done by us. This can be booked under “foreign soak-off” on our scheduling page.

HOW DO I CANCEL/RESCHEDULE MY APPOINTMENT?

If you must cancel/reschedule within 24 hours of your appointment please contact us here.

WHEN IS AVAILABILITY OPENED?

The calendar is open on a rolling basis of 30 days in advance at all times.
Ex. For an appointment on May 30, it is available on May 1. For an appointment on May 31, it is available on May 2.

I DON'T SEE ANY TIMES AVAILABLE WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you do not see any available times on the scheduler, you have two options:

Contact us to see if we have a last-minute appointment available. Text us at: 201-591-5302
Join the waitlist through our scheduler to be updated when a specific date opens on our calendar or to be notified if an appointment opens up on the day you’re looking for.

How do I join the waitlist?

Please follow these steps to join the waitlist:

Under the Schedule tab click the “Book Now” button
Select the service you want to book and click the “Next” button
Under the calendar, select the “Join The Waitlist” button
Enter the date(s) and time(s) you are interested in and click “Save Preference”
Enter your information and click “Join Waitlist”

RETURNING CLIENTS

WHEN SHOULD I REMOVE MY NAILS?

We recommend after 2-3 refills or 2-3 months with a set, booking a soak-off and getting a new set.
Please keep in mind, the longer you keep your set on, the higher the chance of breakage.

CAN I GET A REFILL IF I'VE HAD MY NAILS FOR 6 WEEKS?

We highly recommend not going more than 3-4 weeks in between refills. As your nail grows out, it places more pressue on your free edge which could cause breakage and damage to your nails.

PRICING

WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

Cash, Debit/Credit Card, and Apple Pay are all accepted.
NO Zelle or Cashapp.

HOW DO I KNOW HOW MUCH THE SET I WANT COST?

All pricing is located on the pricing page. Please keep in mind, your final price is still subject to change depending on whether or not you choose to do something different at the time of your appointment. If you’re unsure and would like an exact price contact us.
