Nail Appointment Policies

LATE POLICY

There is a 10-minute grace period.
After 10 min appointment will be canceled and your card will be charged a $30 cancellation fee.

Cancellation/ Rescheduling Policy

Appointments must be canceled/rescheduled a MINIMUM of 24 HOURS in advance.
If you must cancel within 24 hours, a $30 cancellation fee will be charged to your card on file.

PAYMENT

Your payment can be made in cash, debit/credit card, and apple pay at the time of your appointment.
NO cashapp or zelle payments will be accepted.

REFUNDS

No refunds will be given.
You have 72 hours (3 days) after your appointment to let me know of any concerns: i.e. chipping, broken nail, stone missing, etc.
After 72 hours, any fix will be charged accordingly.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up to your appointment and do not reach out you will be charged a $30 No-Show fee and you will be banned from booking in the future.
Please communicate with us if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.

Other Policies

NO kids allowed at appointments.
NO eating allowed during appointments.

SAFETY IS OUR PRIORITY

At The Nail Lab, prioritizing your safety is our top concern. We reserve the right to decline service if we observe significant damage to your nails.
This includes:

  • noticeable issues such as excessive wounds
  • bleeding cuticles
  • fungal infections
  • ripped-off previous sets
  • overly filed nails

Refraining from providing services in these cases is crucial for your well-being. We kindly ask you to allow your nails the time they need to heal properly.
