Payment

$21 Non-Refundable, Non-Transferable Deposit is Required at time of booking.

$20 will be deducted from your service total on the day of your appointment.

Remaining balance must be paid in CASH. NO EXCEPTIONS.

Nail Health

I have the right to refuse service if your nails are too visibly damaged.

If you have excessive wounds around the skin of your nails, bleeding cuticles, fungus, ripped off previous sets, or too overly filed nails, I WILL NOT DO YOUR NAILS.

This is for your own safety. Please let your nails heal.

Late Policy

There is a 15 minute grace period.

After 15 minutes your appointment will be canceled and your deposit will be forfeited.

A new deposit must be made to book again.

Cancellation Policy

Appointments must be canceled a minimum of 24 HOURS in advance.

If you cancel within 24 hours, your deposit is forfeited.

A new deposit must be made to book again.

No-Show Policy

If you do not show up to your appointment and do not reach out to me you will be charged 50% of your service total and you will be banned from booking with me in the future.

Please communicate with me if you cannot make it to your scheduled appointment.

Refund Policy

No refunds will be given.

You have 72 hours (3 days) after your appointment to let me know of any concerns: i.e. chipping, broken nail, stone missing, etc.

After 72 hours, any fix will be charged accordingly.

Other

NO kids or extra guests allowed at appointments.

NO eating allowed during appointments.

COVID-19

A mask is REQUIRED and must be worn at all times during appointment.

If you fail to bring a mask, I will provide you one for a $5 fee.

Your temperature will be taken at the time of your arrival. If your temperature exceeds 99.9°F you will have to reschedule.

If you are feeling sick, have been exposed, or think you may have been exposed please reach out to me and I will gladly reschedule you for a later date.
